The twelve holiday homes are inspired by the traditional architecture of Lofoten's fishing villages, while incorporating contemporary design elements that offer a modern and luxurious feel. Each cabin provides ample space for up to eight people, making them ideal for families or groups of friends.

The larger service building houses a diving center as well as twelve small apartment units, offering an affordable accommodation option for tourists.

The project features private boat berths and a public harbor promenade, providing a scenic walkway for visitors to enjoy.  Additionally, a public sauna, perched on stilts in the water, offers a unique and relaxing experience for guests and locals alike.
