JJV29 involved the renovation of a 100-year-old building with a history of multiple extensions. The project focuses on transforming the upper floor into a spacious and accessible apartment. A new volume, slightly rotated from the existing structure, extends the living areas and introduces a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. This extension creates a unique terrace at the intersection of the old and new volumes, offering breathtaking harbor views and ample opportunities to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
